Refund and Returns Policy
We only accept returns on numismatics or rare collectible coins within 7 days of receipt. In order to return products, customer must contact our headquarters within 7 days of receipt and received a verbal Return Authorization code.
The verbal RA code must be labeled on the front and/or topside of the box being returned with the items placed securely inside.
Coins must then be received within the 7 days.
The merchandise must be untampered and sent to our premises for inspection to make sure that there is no damage. Once inspection is complete, at our discretion, our company will issue a refund if authorized.
After the 7 days, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted. If the coin(s) and/or holder(s) are tampered with or opened, return privileges will be voided. Therefore if any sealed rolls of coin are opened/tampered with, this will also void any return privileges and only result in a company credit.
